Every one of the ten teams was represented by a custom LEGO car painstakingly designed to reflect their real-life counterparts, complete with genuine liveries and sponsor logos. Weighing about 1,500 kg, these remarkable cars were made from roughly 400,000 LEGO pieces and could reach speeds up to 20 km/h.

It was no easy task to make these LEGO F1 cars. Over 22,000 hours of hard work were put in by 26 designers and engineers at LEGO's Kladno factory in the Czech Republic to make this dream come true. The cars had real Pirelli tires and were made so that they could fit two people inside, so both drivers from each team could be in the parade.
